The Committees

(1) The Academic Reforms Committee

The Academic Reforms Committee shall:

a. assist in ensuring that the College, as an academic institution, is responsive to its role as the premier public law school in the country;
b. assist in the maintenance of the highest standard of legal education in the College;
c. be headed by a chairperson appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Board; Provided that he shall not be a member of the Executive Board; and
d. exercise functions and duties related to its primary duties and functions

(2) The Public Affairs Committee

The Public Affairs Committee shall:

a. have its main objective the development of the social awareness and public responsibility of the students in the College, particularly in their advocacy for social justice and human rights;
b. provide venue for students of the College to communicate their positions on any national or social issues;
c. be headed by a chairperson appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Board; Provided, that he shall not be a member of the Executive Board; and exercise functions and duties related to its primary duties and functions (Article VII, a)

(3) Sports Committee
